Creating a New Claim Office Profile

Use this feature to create insurance company claim office, repair facility, and salvage yard / pool profiles. Some fields may be disabled depending on the permissions granted to you.

To create a claim office profile

  1. Select the Configuration Dashboard, and then select the Profiles option from the Configuration panel.
  2. Select New Profile from the toolbar, and then select Claim Office from the droplist. The Create Profile screen opens.
  3. Enter the office code, and then click OK. The Profiles Settings screen opens.
  4. Move through the screens by selecting the links from the left panel, and then entering the appropriate information for each screen.
  5. Select Save or Save and Close from the toolbar.
